CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing RocKen Radios for your custom order needs. As a one-person operation, I appreciate your business and want to ensure a clear and fair cancellation process.

Please carefully review the following CANCELLATION POLICY:

Order Cancellation Period: Orders may be canceled within the first 5 days after the order date without incurring any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to RocKenradios@gmail.com within the specified cancellation period.

Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled after the initial 5-day period will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with purchasing and stocking custom parts for your specific order.

Custom Work Considerations: RocKen Radios specializes in custom work, and the procurement of specialized parts begins shortly after an order is placed. Once the production process has commenced or custom parts have been ordered on your behalf, cancellation becomes challenging and incurs costs to my small operation.

Refund Process: Refunds for canceled orders, minus the applicable restocking fee, will be processed within 2-4 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
